防火板是一種高壓層積板又稱耐火板，防火板主要原料為硅質(zhì)材料或者鈣質(zhì)材料為并了加入一定量的纖維材料、輕質(zhì)骨料、黏合劑和化學(xué)添加劑混合制成的表面裝飾的耐火建材，不存在老化問題，也不易風(fēng)化。

The main raw material of fireproof board is silicon or calcium materials, which are made by adding a certain amount of fiber materials, lightweight aggregates, adhesives, and chemical additives to the surface decoration of refractory building materials. 　　1. Mineral wool board, glass wool board

　　主要以礦棉、玻璃棉為隔熱材料。其本身不燃、耐高溫性能好、質(zhì)輕，但不足之處有：

　　Mainly using mineral wool and glass wool as insulation materials. It is non combustible, has good high-temperature resistance, and is lightweight, but its shortcomings include:

　　②板材強(qiáng)度差；

　　③板材對火災(zāi)煙氣蔓延的阻隔性能差；

　?、莅惭b施工工作量大。因此，該種板材現(xiàn)已大部分演變成以無機(jī)粘結(jié)材料為基材，礦棉、玻璃棉作為增強(qiáng)材料的板材。

　　2、珍珠巖板、漂珠板、蛭石板

　　2. Pearlite board, drift bead board, vermiculite board

　　是以低堿度水泥為基材，珍珠巖、玻璃微珠、蛭石為加氣填充材料，再添加一些助劑復(fù)合而制成的空心板材。

　　It is a hollow board made by compounding low alkalinity cement as the base material, perlite, glass microbeads, and vermiculite as aerated filling materials, and adding some additives.

　　具有自重輕、強(qiáng)度高、韌性好、防火隔熱、施工方便等特點(diǎn)，可廣泛應(yīng)用于高層框架建筑物分室、分戶、衛(wèi)生間、廚房、通訊管等非承重部位。

　　It has the characteristics of light weight, high strength, good toughness, fire insulation, and convenient construction, and can be widely used in non load-bearing parts of high-rise frame buildings such as compartments, households, bathrooms, kitchens, and communication pipes.

　　3、防火石膏板材

　　從石膏的防火性能被廣泛接受以來，以石膏為基材的防火板材發(fā)展很快。該板材主要成分不燃且含有結(jié)晶水，耐火性能較好。

　　Since the widespread acceptance of the fire resistance performance of gypsum, the development of fire-resistant boards based on gypsum has been rapid. The main components of this board are non combustible and contain crystalline water, with good fire resistance.

　　可用作隔墻、吊頂和屋面板等。該板材原料來源豐富，便于工廠定型化生產(chǎn)。在使用中，它自重較輕，可以減輕建筑承重，且加工容易，可鋸可刨，施工方便，裝飾性好，但它的抗折性能較差。

　　Can be used as partition walls, ceilings, and roof panels, etc. This board has a rich source of raw materials, making it easy for the factory to standardize production. In use, it has a relatively light weight, which can reduce the building's load-bearing capacity, and is easy to process. It can be sawn and planed, making construction convenient and decorative. However, its flexural performance is poor.
