1.透明耐磨層

透明耐磨層并不是每一張抗倍特板上面都有，加與不加是由客戶決定的，添加后能夠極大的提升板材的耐磨耐刮性，增加使用壽命。

裝飾色紙是一種在紙廠印刷成木紋、素色、石紋等各種紋理的表層紙，在使用時(shí)需要浸三聚氰胺膠以增加紙的強(qiáng)度及性能，現(xiàn)在建材市場(chǎng)中絕大多數(shù)的免漆板都是使用的裝飾色紙做表面。

抗倍特板用的HPL防火層有黑色褐色兩種，其中黑色使用得比較多。使用的HPL主要分進(jìn)口跟國產(chǎn)兩種，進(jìn)口的多為林漿一體化工藝，其纖維更長，強(qiáng)度更高。

酚醛樹脂是保證抗倍特板性能的重要組成部分，酚醛樹脂的粘合性強(qiáng)，能夠使板材具有極高的耐熱性，抗蠕變性，耐燒蝕性，尺寸穩(wěn)定性好。這也是為什么成品抗倍特板具有防火、防潮、抗腐蝕、防霉、抗撞擊、絕緣等優(yōu)良性能的原因之一。

三聚氰胺樹脂的用量較少，主要用于含浸裝飾紙，經(jīng)過該樹脂含浸過的紙張具有熱穩(wěn)定性高、硬度高、耐磨性好的等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。三聚氰胺樹脂其實(shí)是一種非常常見的工業(yè)粘合劑，正常使用并不會(huì)對(duì)身體帶來影響。

The amount of melamine resin used is relatively small, mainly used for impregnated decorative paper.
